Built from our eighth [and latest] proprietary textile platform, SURFACE HARDENED™ Uc Dual-Layer Insulation, this thermal powerhouse packs the ultimate in reliable warmth and protection for the absolute coldest days.

SURFACE HARDENED™ Uc Dual-Layer Insulation is a three-part construction:

On the Outside: 4-way stretch waterproof SURFACE HARDENED™ Woven Wool laminate, finished with a Durable Water Repellent (DWR) coating sheds snow with ease. 

On the Inside: DUAL SURFACE™ Precision Blended Wool, our baselayer fabric, creates a soft and warm interior.

In the middle: A completely different approach to extreme cold weather insulation, combining the proven thermal performance of goose down (undercoat) with wool's natural ability to manage and buffer moisture. The result, a drier and more reliable insulation system than any other cold weather solution out there.
